Usmansky District ( Russian: У́сманский райо́н) is an administrative [1] and municipal [4] district ( raion), one of the eighteen in Lipetsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southeast of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,910 square kilometers (740 sq mi).[ citation needed] Its administrative center is the town of Usman. [1] Population: 50,166 ( 2021 Census); [6] 50,906 ( 2010 Russian census); [2] 54,027 ( 2002 Census); [7] 57,637 ( 1989 Soviet census).
