I am an editor that sometimes helps out answering questions in the Teahouse. I also am experienced in helping other editors get their articles ready for a DYK nomination. If you would some help, leave a message on my talkpage.
Hi. The username in your signature is difficult to read due to low contrast with white. Please read the policy for signature appearance at WP:SIGAPP. In particular, the Note where it discusses contrast and recommends a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1. Contrast ratios for the colors in your signature's username, as of this edit, are:
Can you change your colors?
In my opinion even the Ke is difficult to read, at least on my laptop. It's just barely above the minimum contrast and your choice of font results in very thin lines. But I won't press that point.
Also, once changed, you might want to replace your entry at Wikipedia:Signature tutorial#Real-life examples, as the username there is too tiny to read easily. ― Mandruss ☎ 08:53, 2 August 2017 (UTC)
Hello! Your submission of Gordon Vette at the Did You Know nominations page has been reviewed, and some issues with it may need to be clarified. Please review the comment(s) underneath your nomination's entry and respond there as soon as possible. Thank you for contributing to Did You Know! Yoninah ( talk) 01:00, 25 August 2017 (UTC)
On 29 August 2017, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Gordon Vette, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that in 1978, airline captain Gordon Vette rescued a Cessna pilot who was lost over the Pacific Ocean and running out of fuel? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Gordon Vette. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page ( here's how, Gordon Vette), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
