I'm afraid there isn't an article for the river as yet. Mhlanga used to be (and still sometimes is) spelled as the anglicanised Umhlanga (eg: Umhlanga Rocks). The Mngeni most likely has an article (where the Mhlanga doesn't) because it's a bigger and better known river. Anyway, I'll get onto starting the article. I'm afraid there isn't an article for the river as yet. Mhlanga used to be (and still sometimes is) spelled as the anglicanised Umhlanga (eg: Umhlanga Rocks). The Mngeni most likely has an article (where the Mhlanga doesn't) because it's a bigger and better known river. Anyway, I'll get onto starting the article. It is also listed in the "See also called Postal Orders of Great Britain so I was surprised you did not notice it. May I suggest you merge the new section into the existing article. Hope you will do that as you seem to know the topic better than I do, besides which Postal Orders is a general article while Postal Orders of Great Britain is very specific just like your new section. A subject is required to have multiple reliable secondary sources that is independent of the subject providing significant coverage for it to be notable.
