Apologies for getting back to you, but I really do not understand your decision to decline this contribution. You indicate that I should have made it clearer as to why this was a significant person - apparently four scientific books published by respectable publishers do not suffice to make someone "significant"?? And a piece in a well-respected newspaper (obituary) is not "objective" or "independent from the person himself" (the guy was dead when this was written)?? Again, apologies to be so frank with you, but I really think that you made the wrong decision here - please revise. (I must admit that after over ten years of contributing to Wikipedia I am getting a bit fed up with these high school graduates thinking they know what an encyclopedia should look like. We do not know who you are or what your qualifications are, and your condescending tone towards one of our regular editors is clearly inappropriate. Cleverly is possibly without doubt a notable person, but even my extensive research has failed to reveal any 3rd party archives that provide in-depth treatment of the subject that are sufficuent to meet our criteria. "very few edits": has it ever occurred to you (have you ever noted) that after moving house one's IP address changes? Of course, I could have registered, but I must admit that - as a full professor in psychology - I like my privacy, i.e. no real names here. The same applies to many other wikipedia people I believe, the difference being that I did not make up some kind of fancy alias. As regards my tone being "inappropriate": well, if being frank means being inappropriate: apologies (again), but the reasoning above is quite inappropriate as well and I think that I am entitled to give people feedback on their performance - without feedback there is no learning and no improvement. 77.164.49.31, i am surprised that as, i presume, you have higher qualifications than high school graduate, and, "after over ten years of contributing to Wikipedia" you are unable to see that the draft as it now stands is not suitable for wikiarticle space. Cleverley was an academic, worked for a magazine, a newspaper, did some lecturing and wrote some books (amongst other things), nothing which makes him notable for inclusion in wikipedia. I suggest the article needs more reliable citations, possibly reviews of his books (although i realise that they may be difficult to find for these 'pre-internet era' publications). OK, so there goes another notable character down the drain of history ... pity. It is interesting to see that the world before the start of the internet is slowly vanishing. • It's interesting to note that in 2009 Clevery edited our Time Inc. UK article before his death. I still find it extraodinarily odd that there is hardly a mention of the man anywhere on the Internet except for entries for his books. Danish Mehraj, I can't speak to why kikichugirl declined that specific draft, as it has been deleted, but I am declining your other draft because it does read like an advertisement. You've given rather large biographies of a bunch of non-notable people, and done so in a rather promotional way ("Meet Danish Mehraj..."). There are way too many reference (what we call citation overkill) in the opening paragraphs - basically, each sentence/paragraph only needs 1-3 references. Once you trim down the awards winners (I've left more thoughts on that on the draft itself), there's really nothing there of substance. You'll definitely need more (non- PRIMARY) references of a reliable nature in the draft.

As a side note, the fact that (I'm assuming) you were nominated for this award also means you have a pretty serious Conflict of Interest, which needs to be declared on your userpage. The book indicates that the significance of the software. In addition to approval by IPMA, the book has a forward by IPMA member, Peter. M. Strom who "in 1983 he became the founding Dean of the Faculty of Management at the Open university of the Netherlands" and "Several times he has been awarded grants for his research in the area of project management by PMI." source: http://www.ipma2014.com/academic-and-scientific-program-committee/. The combination of IPMA approval and forward by Dr. Peter M. Storm leads me to conclude that the publication is a reliable, independent and verifiable source.

It is perfectly acceptable to use offline sources for references. Please see WP:REFB (particularly section 3.1) for more information about adding references. It looks like the reason your draft was declined was because you hardly give any sources. Biographies of living persons require facts found in the text to be referenced with inline citations (again, see REFB for info). Without references your draft has zero chance of being accepted. Finding and adding references is the absolute priority. If you can't find a source to verify a claim, remove it. In a prior submission, a reviewer questioned whether the company Inspire was noteworthy enough for inclusion. I had tried to follow earlier guidance to stick to just-the-facts, neutral language. I included a reference about Inspire in this most recent submission from a Mayo Clinic cardiologist who is known nationally. I included cited references to Inspire's work--presented at medical meetings--with Novartis and GSK, two of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. It is information like this I believe demonstrates the noteworthiness of Inspire, without peacock terms. I cited an NPR story that described how lung cancer patients on Inspire self-organized to literally change a specific national cancer treatment guideline -- again, something I believe is noteworthy, and described in a neutral tone with a link to the NPR piece.

As I wrote earlier to a reviewer, I have identified approved Wikipedia entries of competitors of Inspire and I have tried to follow those entries closely. Here are three examples:

I respectfully suggest that the Inspire submission demonstrates as much if not more noteworthiness, and has as many or more and better sources than the above company-focused articles.

As an AfC reviewer you're probably aware that a new user right has been created for patrolling new pages (you might even have been granted the right already, and admins have it automatically).

Since July there has been a very serious backlog at Special:NewPagesFeed of over 14,000 pages, by far the worst since 2011, and we need an all out drive to get this back down to just a few hundred that can be easily maintained in the future. Unlike AfC, these pages are already in mainspace, and the thought of what might be there is quite scary. There are also many good faith article creators who need a simple, gentle push to the Tea House or their pages converted to Draft rather than being deleted.

Although New Page Reviewing can occasionally be somewhat more challenging than AfC, the criteria for obtaining the right are roughly the same. The Page Curation tool is even easier to use than the Helper Script, so it's likely that most AfC reviewers already have more than enough knowledge for the task of New Page Review.

It is hoped that AfC reviewers will apply for this right at WP:PERM and lend a hand. You'll need to have read the page at WP:NPR and the new tutorial.

Hi Kikichugirl! Reaching out to you since you're the only Scripps Wikipedian I know of. I've been working on fixing up Scripps' page a bit recently, and I'd love to get a page up for the Motley. I'm pretty sure it's notable, since there's an Inland Valley Daily Bulletin profile and I'm sure the Claremont Courier has covered it at some point. (Unfortunately, I can't find anything on the Courier's website, which I don't think goes back that far—certainly not to 1974—but TSL and a few other sources I've put at Draft:Motley Coffeehouse might be enough to get it by NPP.) If you're interested and feel able to write about it objectively, feel free to help build it out at the draft page and launch it once it's ready.
