Reliable sources are required to add with the content (to make sure it's both verifiable and can support the material), and if there is no citation for the content you decide to add, then it shouldn't be added to the article in question. There is the file upload wizard, and there are two options when uploading a file: "Upload your own or a freely licensed file" uploads to Wikimedia Commons, while "Upload a non-free file" uploads locally to this wiki; the atter must comply with the non-free content criteria; I would recommend using the first option. Regarding User talk:Philipnelson99#There is a mop reserved in your name, you might already know this, but that template is usually used on prospective admins rather than prospective EFMs. Admin is a bit harder to get than EFM and usually requires content work such as a good article in order for it to go smooth. Hello! You might want to fully read this page first, and note than autoconfirmed users (whose accounts have more than 10 edits and have 4 days of age or more) allowed to create pages in the mainspace, but there is the article wizard in which any user can create pages in the draftspace. This means that new articles can be created and developed for a limited period of time, and this allow editors to develop new articles and to receive feedback before being moved to the mainspace.
