I don't believe there is any doubt that the China is Han; Qing were Manchu who occupied China and thus de facto became imperial rulers of China. Yeah I see that you've been block from editing but I made a change to commons:File:1917 Graduation photo at Wesleyan College.jpg and when I logged in I noticed that I had a ton of stuff posted on my talk page from a very long time ago that I hadn't seen.
