- I do not have any connection to the restaurant. The restaurant is valuable for me because its name and historical monuments about the Persian gulf recorded by the owner. I tried to create this page to include all these historical items which are indications of the Persian gulf historical name. As you see, I did not promote the restaurant in my article at all and tried to include items and information about the items background. I apologize if the article made this impression that I want to promote the restaurant but the only reason I used the restaurant name was its original name (Persian Gulf). If I am not allowed to include the restaurant name in the title, I can skip the name and create a page just to show the historic items. Thanks for your consideration.

- I'm not sure what you mean by "include the restaurant name in the title", but that is not at all why the article was deleted, and the fact that you continued to put it back in mainspace with the same promotional material is why I blocked you. As asked above, do you understand what those problems were?

- The one condition I would insist on, were I to unblock you, is that you do not create or move the article to mainspace yourself, since you were rather aggressive about that and seem to be indicating a conflict of interest. So if that were to happen, you would need to create a draft and request articles for creation review, not put or move it into mainspace yourself. Would you be willing to agree to this?
