I understand what you mean TipToety, but every IP edit has been from the same group of school kids adding stuff about themselves (20 on the first page of history alone). It's going to take forever for all their IP addresses to get up to final warning, and even then they'll only be blocked for at most, a couple of days or weeks, and simply use another computer. Do you have any suggestions for how we can fix this? I flirted with the idea of contacting the school, but then I thought that might be a bit stalker-ish. What do you think? How is replacing the name of someone's spouse with "gerbil" a content dispute?-- Dycedarg ж 19:57, 4 March 2008 (UTC)
Hi,
Could you please restore the following radio station lists?
List of radio stations in Los Angeles, List of radio stations in San Francisco, List of radio stations in San Diego, List of radio stations in Riverside and San Bernardino, List of radio stations in San Jose, List of radio stations in Fresno, List of radio stations in Bakersfield, List of radio stations in Visalia, List of radio stations in Modesto, List of radio stations in Ventura County, List of radio stations in Santa Rosa, List of radio stations in the Victor Valley, List of radio stations in Palm Springs, List of radio stations in San Luis Obispo, List of radio stations in Merced, List of radio stations in Chico, List of radio stations in California by market area
These lists organize radio stations exactly the way the radio industry does, by Arbitron market. These lists also contain information, such as branding, owners and formats which have not been included in the List of radio stations in California which was claimed to have "deprecated" these lists. RadioStationWorld is another source which organizes radio stations by market areas. While these lists were admittedly incomplete, I have intended to work on them to fill them out, but I have been on extended wikibreak due to more pressing work and life priorities. Thank you. Dear Tiptoety,
I am writing in regard to your deletion of the SF band WhipKraft. I am confused as to why a band like this would be deleted? Being quite familiar with all kinds of music and having written books about metal bands especially the underground genre, this band had quite a bearing on the SF community and still does. In addition to my books, this band has been written about by other editors in two published books, which you can do a search on amazon.

I read through the WP:MUSIC and realized that indeed the band meets 2 of the criteria regarding notability which at least one of them can be proved through doing a google search. I don't know what was listed initially as the sources on this page, since I did not look. But that was something that could have easily been fixed. I don't agree with the common consensus of deletion, as I often see these types of actions taken upon bands that are to say the least "unconventional." And this is of an concern to me. Thank you for your support on my RfA. I plan to take the responsibilities very seriously. Toddst1 ( talk) 19:03, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
Fair enough - I thought you were stealing the limelight for the protection on WP:RFPP, hence the "Ahem...!" edit summary! ;-) GB T/ C 22:55, 14 March 2008 (UTC)

Sorry for the delay but just want to drop a quick note saying thank you for participating in my RfA which closed and passed earlier this week. I'm definitely keeping the comments you and others have left about wiki space participation in mind going forward. If you have any comments I'm always open to the counsel of others. Sincerely – Zedla ( talk) 02:42, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
