Hi there. In response to your second question,. I would suggest that accounts of attacks on specific police officers should go in the history section of their relevant forces. For the first part, it depends what is the most commonly used title. I'm not an expert, but if you've got evidence you could present it at WP:RM? Sorry, I'm just going out of the door.
