I changed the company name from "Maxthon International" to "Maxthon Asia" because the latest version of Maxthon marks itself as "Maxthon Asia" (download Maxthon, check UAC prompt or the "About" dialog). Wow! It seems Maxthon cannot identify itself consistently and that means trouble. Now, I won't bother you if you change it back to "Maxthon Asia", but I can't guarantee that others also won't as well. I say leave it alone. If Maxthon cannot identify itself consistently, its not our business. We should write the identification information in the web page from which we quote, not some identification that is buried deep within a (probably outdated) policy page. Thanks for nominating this article for AFD. As I explain in my comment in the AFD, I have done a bunch of work on this article but it still doesn't make WP:GNG, so I was going to nominate it for AFD anyway, you just beat me to it! I just had a look though the other component articles for LibreOffice and OpenOffice.org and most of them have no third party refs. I did some tagging for now. I think that the creator of this article and WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS do add up to one point: if this article gets deleted then we should have a closer look at the other component articles for both LibreOffice and OpenOffice.org and perhaps nominate most of them for deletion as well. Okey-dokey: my view is that the article is not completely down-to-earth, and rather controversial, because it accuses Microsoft on borrowing behaviors without factual evidence. OK, you can argue that “Windows-to-Go” is somewhat equivalent to Linux’s Live CDs/USBs, the file copy dialog is now similar to Nautilus’ or Dolphin’s, etc... but Windows 8’s feaures and services are different from those found in Ubuntu or other Linuxen. The ITWorld article even says that the Metro UI —or whatever it’s called now— takes inspiration on Gnome and Ubuntu UI designs, which I fail to see —is that view based solely because the icons are bigger now?—. The only direct “feature copies” might be the file copy dialog —even when it does not borrow Ubuntu’s behavior completely— and the Ubuntu One vs. SkyDrive thing. I don’t have an opinion on ReFS/ Btrfs, because I don’t have experience on file systems. — Fitoschido ^[shout _track] @ 15 August, 2012; 16:34

Yes, I only saw the broken link after I reverted it. I was just reinstating the removal when I edit conflicted with you. In future, add a comment as to why you were removing something as important as that so other editors don't enter the undo/redo cycle. 1. An edit in "List of disk cloning software" article has struck the sourced author claim and added AT&T as the developer. Is it a valid edit?
2. Comparison of disk cloning software marks dd as capable of performing sector-by-sector disk cloning but unable to operate on file level. Is that correct?

While you edits on Foot binding is appreciated, a number of people have raised concerns that putting it as part of the series on Violence Against Women is unnecessarily pushing a POV, It is the reason it was moved down so that it would not be so prominent (and it may even be removed), and I had intended to expand the section on interpretation to include various opinions later to address the issue. I will make adjustment later to take account of your other edits, but for now, if you wish to contribute to the discussion, please do, but for now leave that as it is until there are further contributions.
