Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Rotoscoping, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Composited. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi. In relation to your previous edit, Max Fleischer was born to a father from Dąbrowa Tarnowska (Poland) who lived sometime in Vienna I believe and to a Polish Jewish mother in Kraków, Poland, what was then multicultural Galicia. It is true that his decent "might" be Austrian, however, that would not make him Austrian. Someone Austrian-American would have to been born in Austria proper (i.e Austrian part of Austria-Hungary and not Galicia which was Kingdom of Galicia and Lodomeria). It is a difficult topic, and there are surely database sources claiming both, but in these situations you have to look at the details. The book by Ray Pointer "The Art and Inventions of Max Fleischer: American Animation Pioneer", states "Polish-American" nationality. Moreover his mother's surname was Palasz. Not very Austrian is it? Best regards. Oliszydlowski, 00:04, 6 October 2017 (UTC)
Please do not change something that is clearly sourced in Max Fleischer. This may be treated as an act of vandalism and you will be blocked from editing. Oliszydlowski, 13:10, 17 November 2017 (UTC)
