Deity in Mainland Southeast Asia PDF] page 2 and note 2 say they are the same. Page 2 note 2
The earth deity's name changes in different countries, but is generally a form of a word for "earth," i.e. Pṛthivī, Kṣiti, Dharaṇī, Vasundharā, and so on. In Cambodia the earth deity is known simply by her title: nān ganhān (pronounced "neang kongheng") from nān, "lady," and gānhān, a Khmer word for "princess." In the Tai regions she is known as Nang Thoranee or Mae Thoranee: "lady earth" or "mother earth." In Burma and Arakan she is Vasundhara (transliterated variously as Wathundari, Wathundaye, Vasundari, and so on). Sometimes she is given the epithet Sundarī, "beautiful one," or Vanitā, "dear one." I use the name Vasundharā in this dissertation for consistency, but the reader should keep in mind that this particular form of the earth deity's name is unknown in Thailand or Cambodia. 3 Zepp (1997: 18).
Consider restoring lede as last modified on 26 August 2010 at 14:55, and adding heading Cult drawn from Guthrie, to say it is unorthodox in Theravada, but seems to some scholars to be an intersection of Northern India Vedic traditions with pre-Bhuddist practices. -- Pawyilee ( talk) 23:50, 28 February 2012 (UTC)

The article Workpoint Entertainment has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your
edit summary or on
the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the
proposed deletion process, but other
deletion processes exist. In particular, the
speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and
articles for deletion allows discussion to reach
consensus for deletion.

Siamese-American Treaty of Amity and Commerce was tagged by you as needing text transferred to Wikisource. I agree, but do not know how do that and am too old to learn. The article needs re-writing from scratch and moved to {{Roberts Treaty]] modeled on Bowring Treaty, complete with Template:Infobox_treaty. A better source for the treaty text is United States, United States, William M. Malloy, Compilation of Treaties in Force. If indeed it was still in force, then it was not replaced by the Harris Treaty of 1856. The Harris link, btw, I just changed from a redirect to an improperly formatted dab page; perhaps you could help with that, too. The first link goes to newly added Townsend_Harris#Harris_Treaty_of_1856_with_Siam. So little-known is that treaty that I cited a web page for a National Museum of Natural History exhibit, where I lifted the Harris quote. I think the citation complies with Smithsonian terms of use, but you seem to be better versed in such matters than I. Pawyilee ( talk) 12:27, 20 April 2012 (UTC)

I have renamed the discussion i started, "How to name future articles about the various individuals".
I hope you don't mind. One of my points is also that we avoid future biographies with titles similar to Samson Dutch Boy Gym.
It seems that we might agree on that "Samson" should be part of the name of that biography? -- Computadorcorriente ( talk) 12:08, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
Hi Paul, I have declined the speedy deletion tag you put on National Archives of Thailand, as it doesn't qualify as "no content", with the inclusion of the founding year, it goes beyond just a rephrasing of the title. Cheers, -- kelapstick( bainuu) 22:38, 23 April 2012 (UTC)

There was absolutely no discussion or consensus reached for this seemingly random changes to the article names. I disagree with both these changes I have addressed my concerns with Jessadabodindra > Nangklao at the article's talkpage. Please wait for some comments before making any more of these changes. Hi Paul 012. I was wondering if it would be possible for you to add a description to Category:Phra ong chao, to describe what the category contains, for the benefit of those (like me) who are unfamiliar with Thai royal and noble titles. Thanks. DH85868993 ( talk) 02:46, 30 May 2012 (UTC)
I see what you're saying, but the fact that the template had very few edits over the few years before I added that in makes me think that it wasn't really an obstacle. If you want to make some edits to it then I could unprotect it for now. Wizardman Operation Big Bear 16:08, 29 June 2012 (UTC)
