I noticed this article on the list of PRODded article and have seen that you have twice restored the PROD template with the rather robotic edit summaries " Reverted 12 edits by MiguelConde.info identified as vandalism to last revision by MER-C. using TW" and " Reverted 3 edits by MiguelConde.info identified as vandalism to last revision by Real96. using TW".
You should probably know that it is not forbidden to remove WP:PROD templates, and it is not vandalism to do so; on the contrary, PROD is for uncontested deletions and a removal of the tag means that the deletion is, in fact, contested. In addition, the PROD tag actually encourages its removal if the article is improved in the process and sources are added; in this case, the author was working on the article continuously throughout the original tagging and your two reverts. In reverting the edits by the article's author you also removed any improvements they had made in the previous edits, but I think those were restored by the author.
There may be a conflict of interest issue with this article, considering the user name of the main author, User:MiguelConde.info, but as the links show that Condé is represented in places like the Museum of Modern Art in New York, he is probably notable enough for an entry in Wikipedia. I don't find the article too problematic.
Anyway, edits like these are likely to be very discouraging to new editors. If you find the COI issue to be bad enough, bringing the deletion to AFD would be much better than to try to force the deletion of the article through incorrect use of PROD. Pharamond 16:54, 4 May 2007 (UTC)

Hi Real 96 - You might take interest in the effort to purge some of FSU's current faculty from Wikipedia. Currently, 1/3 of the faculty slated for deletion are FSU faculty -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Deletion_sorting/Academics_and_educators.
Most or all of these were nominated for deletion by a single individual, and most of them are very easy casdes for inclusion in Wikipedia. The person nominating these faculty clearly did not do their homework and is out to discredit FSU.

I the old system of checkuser clerking was depreciated because it was very "cabalish" and had "closed doors". The idea behind the current clerk system is that if there are too many clerks, the bored ones will get up and leave. Clerking should be completely and totally open. If somebody wants to help, nothing should stop them. Sean William 02:34, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
Asking in a polite way, why did you take my name off the clerk list. I read the edit history that said "Been here for less than a month". Does this affect my ability to help organise the CU pages? Hi, TT! I was just wondering if you could give me an adminship assessment. I saw your comments on Cometstyles's page and I thought that your analysis was thorough, and was wondering if you could do the same for me. Real96 01:41, 22 May 2007 (UTC)
Real96,
I assume this is your first username, and that you haven't run for adminship under another username. Is that correct? Well, looking over your contribs, I'm impressed that you are virtually upon your 10,000th edit. That's quite impressive, especially since you've only been here 5 months! If we had a bottle image Wikipediholic award, I'd give you one.
Starting with your talk page, I see that you act on your own independent assessment of a situation (which means you are quick on your feet), yet you learn from your mistakes rapidly and admit when you are wrong without hesitation most of the time. This is a very good combination of traits, worthy of an admin.
Browsing through your talk page archives, I spotted a couple posts concerning WP:PROD, one of which was an argument, which could have been resolved by your reading the policy before answering. I checked the dates, and the policy supported the other person's claims at that time. You need to practice due diligence wherever possible. Though based on your overall approach and willingness to learn, I'm sure you won't make that mistake again. I see that you generally and appropriately refer to policies throughout, pointing people to where they can check your actions. Very good. I'm impressed that lot's of people come to you for help, and even more impressed that you bend over backwards to help them. All in all, I'd say you are right on top of things. From your email, it is hard to tell you from an admin, and I spotted one instance in which you were mistaken for one. You act like an admin already!
I see you are using my editing nav header on your user pages.
Out of curiosity, have you been getting much use out of it?
Looking over your contribs, I see that you are deeply immersed in Wikipedia administrative chores. I like that you participate in more than one area (checkuser and anti-vandalism). You are a proficient and prolific vandalism hunter, including proper user warnings. But I'm already convinced by your talk page archives...
My assessment is that the community would benefit by granting you Admin status, if only to remove the extra step of you reporting things on admin boards so that admins can do them. Better to just let you take care of it. Keep up the good work, and if you'd like me to nominate you, I'd be happy to do so.
Sincerely,
The Transhumanist 02:56, 22 May 2007 (UTC)
I removed the categories from User:Real96/sandbox/sandbox5. There was an OTRS complaint about that the page was showing up in a category. I hope you don't find my actions offensive or a problem. Hi, I removed the image of Microsoft Windows on the userpage, because it is a violation of our WP:IMAGE policy, which states that fair use images must be used in mainspace. Second, I would appreciate if you credit me in copying my userpage design on your page, since I was the one who originally made the design and since you are planning to distribute the design to others pages without crediting the original source. Cheers. Real96 09:43, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
I am requesting you to stop visitng my page, and NOT edit it ANYMORE. Please. I wanted the Copyright logo on the my page whatever reason it might be, and i think it is fair enough if i include your credits in the no include tag. You have posted content in wikipedia under

(reduce indent) First, Cyberoidx, stay civil. Second, I won't edit your page anymore, since you don't want me to do so, under certain circumstances, such as, if you are vandalizing a page (that's default, BTW). I removed the fair use image, because it's a violation of WP:USERPAGE. Fair use images cannot be listed in userspace due to copyright. Third, if you are not crediting me on your page, then I will list a separate section on my page, which says, "Copiers of Template" and list your name. Fourth, since you are new here, and I am an established editor, my edits on your page do not constitute vandalism. Please see, this policy to know what vandalism is. Thank you! I believed that your edits constituted vandalism, because with each edit, you did not place an edit summary. Many times NPHC articles get vandalized by prospective candidates or people who really don't give the respect for the organization. 4. Please keep the conversation on this page, per my talk rules.

Article looks pretty good, but there are way too many audio samples, please cut this number to about three and provide detailed fair use rationales on their image descriptor page.

Hi Real96: I saw you are part of the WikiProject law and also speak some Spanish. We are having some issues naming a couple of articles; Attorney General of Colombia and Prosecuting Attorney General of Colombia. Could you please check their functions and determine which one is the correct translation for "Procuraduria General de la Nacion" and "Fiscalia General de la Nacion" in English.
You have posted content in wikipedia under
GFDL and I am FREE to copy it, and edit it, and Release it under the same license. If you edit my page and add credits to yourself at places i do not like, I WILL REMOVE ALL CREDITS TO YOU, and might also report you as a
VANDAL You might be happier if you stopped watching my page, and forget that it existed.

Thank you! Real96 12:37, 24 May 2007 (UTC)
