This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in pseudoscience and fringe science. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Oncovirus, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Babylonian. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot ( talk) 06:10, 13 December 2020 (UTC)

Hi MedRobo. My name is Clare and I work for GetYourGuide. I proposed some changes (see here) to the GetYourGuide page to add corrections, cleanup promotion, and make the page more organized. I saw that you were a major contributor to the online marketplace page (GetYourGuide is a type of online marketplace), and so I was hoping you would might be willing to review the changes I've proposed in compliance with WP:COI.
Another editor chimed in on Talk [2] and I've already implemented his feedback to also trim excessive citations currently on the page that my proposed changes didn't address. I haven't heard back and was hoping you might be interested in chipping in. Thank you for the consideration. Claresayasronning ( talk) 17:06, 23 October 2023 (UTC)
Hi, in this edit to Frederick William IV of Prussia you removed the source "Koch 2014", thus causing a no-target error. You caused similar errors in Carlo Cattaneo with this edit. In the latter case your edit summary "rm external link to commercial offering" was wrong - Wikisource is not a commercial offering, it is one of Wikipedia's sister projects, and links to the 1911 Encycopaedia Britannica on it are common. This is not the first time your edits have broken or removes sources from articles. Please be more careful in future. DuncanHill ( talk) 15:16, 1 November 2023 (UTC)

Please do not mass remove vast portions of text just on the basis of being "unreferenced", especially when most of the information is on the first page of Google. You have done this for several pages including the marimba, which I have reverted. Secondly, please stop removing templates such as circa or short description. Hello, I already left a message earlier in the week which you have neglected to respond to. I have been checking out your edits more carefully and seen that not much care has been put into them. It seems you mainly focus on the editing of formatting and the removal of "unsourced information". However, as you have done on William Morris, please do not remove information that is "unsourced" just because it does not have a footnote exactly beside it. He clearly founded Kelmscott Press, and removing the direct link where you could find more information is troubling. Secondly, you changed most instances of an en dash (–) to a normal hyphen (-). This is incorrect for page or date ranges. Lastly, please be more careful when editing reference templates, because they more often than not end up with errors. Removing the URLs from book sources is not helpful either. Thanks! Why? I Ask ( talk) 11:50, 5 December 2023 (UTC)

I've just removed removed huge chunks of text added by a serial copyright violator and sockpuppeteer from Robert Jenkinson, 2nd Earl of Liverpool ( diff). Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/DantheWikipedian, its archive, and the original account's talk page provide some context. I tried to preserve legitimate edits that had been mixed up with the sock edits, but I unfortunately ended up removing this passage that you added because it was right in the middle of a bunch of text added by one of the socks and I couldn't figure out where else to put it. I figure you probably have a much deeper knowledge of 19th-century British history than I do, so I'm letting you know so that you can restore the passage that you added if you see fit.
This probably goes without saying, but I strongly recommend against restoring any text added by DantheWikipedian or his sockpuppets as he's added widespread copyright violations from a variety of sources. To make matters worse, he usually doesn't cite the sources that he copies from, which can make it very difficult to determine where material may have been copied from. Thanks, and let me know if you have any questions. — SamX [ talk · contribs 03:54, 22 December 2023 (UTC)
