I noticed the description page specifies that this media item is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails the first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media item could be found or created that provides substantially the same information or which could be adequately covered with text alone. If you believe this media item is not replaceable, please:

, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. Thanks for uploading File:Sev Trent water.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the " my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Just a heads up for you on the latest page I have just created. I thought you might be interested since you put in much of the work on the LCC member lists. Unfortunately the 1922 photo of County Hall will soon be deleted. I would appreciate your thoughts. Please feel free to add/amend the article yourself. I am planning to do the 1919 one next. I did notice that I had additional name data/links to individuals on the LCC list but failed to note these at the time. Graemp ( talk) 15:31, 28 October 2013 (UTC)

I think that there is some merit in following the presentation of UK constituency results elsewhere on wikipedia. The format I used for 1922 sought to use the most common format. Too much additional information, though interesting can give a confusing impression.
Regarding candidate identification and red-linking, I have found the on-line version of Who's Who to be an invaluable source and a good indication of notability. Graemp ( talk) 12:43, 29 October 2013 (UTC)

Accept reason: I have softened the block on him again. Since this is the second time Materialscientist and I have played out this pas de deux (actually, maybe it's more of a pas de quatre ) in the past half-year, I strongly recommend you request IPBE so this doesn't happen again, as it seems like Tupolevjet may not learn. — Daniel Case ( talk) 18:01, 28 January 2014 (UTC)
Hmm ... since this is not the usual reason I recommend people do this, it looks like it will have to be done differently. Tell you what ... I will follow procedure here and ask for a checkuser (privately), to make sure you're legit, then if it comes back good I can can grant you the IPBE myself. hi Loz, I've been glancing through our LCC pages and think we have overlooked describing the electorate. There is reference to the status of women as candidates on London Wiki, but that is about it. I have been trying to research when women were first given the vote. I know that they had the vote in 1907, the year when they were first allowed to take their seats, but thought that they might have got it earlier than this and wondered if you knew the answer. I have lifted the autoblock, but evidently there is a danger it will come back. The reason that the autoblock keeps coming back, even after it was due to end, is that Tupolevjet keeps on trying to edit through the block, and re-triggering the autoblock. I can't imagine why he/she keeps doing that: by now he/she must have found that it doesn't work. You say that IPBE was turned down. Can you tell me who turned it down? Please post me a note about that on my talk page, or in an email if you are blocked again. If you can let me know who turned it down, I will see whether I can consult that person and see if there is a case for giving you IPBE now. Alternatively, if for some reason you can't put me in touch with that person, I can ask a CheckUser to look into the case.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria.
