Hello. Thanks for requesting a username change. I am also wondering if you represent the persons you are writing articles about(are they your clients)? Certain Wikipedia policies may be relevant if that is the case. Thanks 331dot ( talk) 14:57, 20 April 2017 (UTC) reply

No I don't, I'm a music enthusiast and they deserve recognition. Just because they are black doesn't mean we all work together.

Okay, though I didn't say anything about you or anyone being black. I have no idea if you or the people you wrote articles about are black or not; it doesn't matter. 331dot ( talk) 17:00, 20 April 2017 (UTC) reply
I would add that Wikipedia is not a place merely to give recognition to people; there are standards for whether someone merits an article here, which is called notability. In the case of musicians, one must meet the musician notability guidelines, as shown with independent reliable sources. If you can do that, please do so. 331dot ( talk) 17:03, 20 April 2017 (UTC) reply

Thank you so much for that. It further proves my point. Google Geary faggett Ensemble signed to BeeGee records along with Billy Preston & Rodena Preston. And his song "get it together children" was recorded many times and " if we never pass this way again" was a huge hit for James Cleveland who has a page here. Also Whitney Houston performs it. Just google it.

Why would you want to delete her page. She is a Grammy nominated artist for Christs sake. Just google her. Her song "Completely Yes" with Sandra crouch is a staple in the black church. Just because you don't know every black artist you can't just push your agenda of making them go unnoticed. She has more credits and views than you! she is currently working with Elton John along with Oscar winner Tata Vega and you say she doesn't qualify. She has been on the tonight show and TBN just to name a few. http://www.allmusic.com/artist/jean-johnson-mn0001214588/credits Check that link.....

There is no "agenda" to exclude this person from Wikipedia; the only "agenda" is to make sure articles are consistent with Wikipedia guidelines. In this case, it must be shown that they meet the notability guidelines. Please review them, and indicate which one or ones they might meet, and any independent reliable sources you have to support your claims. 331dot ( talk) 17:28, 20 April 2017 (UTC) reply
Being nominated for a Grammy would merit this person an article; simply provide a source(if you haven't already). 331dot ( talk) 17:29, 20 April 2017 (UTC) reply

Here you go!!!! Need anything else sir!? http://www.awesome80s.com/awesome80s/music/1985/Grammys.asp

I don't see where Johnson is listed under that category. Is there no link from an official Grammys website? I'm also skeptical that the website you linked to would be considered a reliable source- but feel free to point this out on the deletion discussion. 331dot ( talk) 17:42, 20 April 2017 (UTC) reply
