Hello Kayau,
At WP:Editor Review, you asked for a review of the work you did until now, mostly because you just received the Rollback privilege. I'm pleased to give you my input.
About your article on Land use conflict, I think it is a very good start. By the nature of Wikipedia, an article is never finished, but yours is already a sufficient basis for any one searching about the subject. Your article is linked to appropriate other article and contains good information. Congratulation.
As for anti-vandalism and rollback, you are doing good already. When reviewing your work, I agreed with all the revert you did. You also gave users the proper warning after each of your recovery, which is an essential part of anti-vandalism action. Most time, users receive an L1 warning, assuming good faith as required. One started straight at L2, but I agree with you that the kind of vandalism he did left no room for assuming any good faith at all : he completly deserved that L2. Another important thing that you are doing is to escalate your warning depending of what the user already received by other vandal fighter.
Still, some of your edits would have room for improvement. The most obivous is this one [ [1]].
You cleaned vandalism on the page, but did not warned the user. It's not critical, but warnings being an important part of anti-vandalism, try to warn all users when you are doing cleaning. What is more problematic is the vandalism you left on the page.
The line just on top of the vandalism you cleaned is itself pretty obvious vandalism. When you do your review, do not limit yourself to the very last change done to the article. Once vandalism is hidden under good faith edits and / or anti-vandalism recovery, it is much more difficult to find and fix. For finding such cases, you can compare your edit with the article as it was 3 to 5 unreverted edits ago. Finding 3 unreverted edits may require to compare your edit with one 20 edits older depending of the amount of vandalism done in the past. After this second check, you can go even deeper and search for what looks like 3 - 5 good faith edits. People modifiying article in good faith have more chance to leave a clean article behind them, so that gives you a stronger point of comparison for identifying what is vandalism and what is not.
This second edit [ [2]] of yours is another one when more vandalism remained in the article you approved as good.
Finally, here is a third case. [ [3]]. (see in the Plot section).
I did not fixed any of your edit; you will have to double-check them yourself. Once done, just keep in mind that fixing hidden vandalism is the most difficult part, so ensure that you do not left some behind you.
Congratulation for your contribution to Wikipedia and keep up the good work,

Citation of Personal Experience
Let's say you're starting a page about someone whose name appears in a number of Wikipedia articles but who doesn't have his own page yet (name appears in red}. Also, let's say this person is someone you grew up with, is related to you, and about whom you have knowledge from personal experience as a child, and later, as an adult. Does this information need to be cited, and if so, how would one go about doing it (preferably without revealing one's name)? Should one simply use PN for "personal knowledge," as we're not really talking about "personal knowledge management" or similar articles in Wikipedia FAQs? I should also mention that though I know the person in question I intend to keep the article neutral, simply sticking to facts.

No WAY. Don't even THINK about it. You have a conflict of interest, and we do not publish original research, and just because there are redlinks does NOT mean it is notable. Unless you can find other sources, maintain a neutral point of view and prove that he is notable, youe aricle will be speedily deleted in no time. ` Kayau Voting IS evil
My comment:
First of all, I have no idea what "Kayau Voting is evil" refers to. But to the main point. On your page you ask everyone leaving you a message to be nice and polite. Why don't you follow your own advice? The tone of your response is belligerent: shouting NO WAY, and Don't even THINK about it. Why don't you follow your own guidelines for comments? Your response to my query (and I'm new to Wikipedia; I'm not familiar with all the guidelines) is anything but polite.

I see you switched me from "connected contributor" to "Notable Wikipedian" and back again on Talk:Nat Gertler.
WP:AUTO#IFEXIST states "In clear-cut cases, it is permissible to edit pages connected to yourself. So, you can revert vandalism; but of course it has to be simple, obvious vandalism and not a content dispute." If you look at the edit that seems to have triggered your second switch, you'll see it's a reversion of obvious vandalism from a vandalism-only account, the kind of revert that I would normally do on any page I saw it on and would frequently be marked as a "minor edit". I didn't add substance nor delete material that could be considered true substance, so I at least would see that as trivial. I would appreciate your considering it in that light, and restoring the Notable Wikipedian tag. -- Nat Gertler ( talk) 14:40, 1 April 2010 (UTC)

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged protection, will be commencing a a two-month trial at approximately 23:00, 2010 June 15 (UTC).
Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under flagged protection. Flagged protection is applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial.
When reviewing, edits should be accepted if they are not obvious vandalism or BLP violations, and not clearly problematic in light of the reason given for protection (see Wikipedia:Reviewing process). More detailed documentation and guidelines can be found here.
If you do not want this userright, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time. Courcelles ( talk) 17:44, 15 June 2010 (UTC)

Hi there. This is just a nitpick, so please feel free to delete after reading if you wish. I understand the intent of your comments in the discussion, but I don't think you're using the terms correctly. A straw man argument is when someone creates a caricature of their opponent's position and then argues against it; a red herring is when someone tries to distract their opponent from the real issue at hand. That is, they have specific meaning and are not synonyms for "poor arguments". User:Gustcarl hasn't done either of those things, he's just presenting a very weak defence of the page (IMO, the problem here is more likely sockpuppetry and not any logical fallacy). It's pretty much a forgone conclusion that the page will be deleted anyway, but I wanted to tip you off about this because when you use those terms incorrectly, you just make it easier for someone else to ignore your real points and attack your incorrect labelling - essentially providing them with their own strawman to demolish! Anyway, just a quick thought. Cheers! Matt Deres ( talk) 23:32, 4 August 2010 (UTC)

Same for me... and thanks! But, what's going on? Are you referring to the motto shop thingY? Or is there something that I am not aware of? – pjoef ( talk • contribs) 06:56, 28 July 2010 (UTC)
I must think over it and I want to wait for any further developments.1. The templates are not part of MOTD.
2. You can write mottoes and quotes that were not approved by MOTD.

Hi Kayau,
Thanks for cleaning up the School of Diplomacy article. When I originally wrote it I wasn't familiar with WP:MOS-ZH. Sigh, all that wasted effort. Never mind, it looks much better now :). Philg88 contact
Hey there! Thank you for participating in my RFA. Just thought I'd let you know about danmono. I am aware of 1 other English-language author that has written extensively about danmono, but I have no access to it. Jonathan Richard Besancon of Ouachita Baptist University wrote "Danmono: a type of Japanese koto music" ( google books search). Also, I have no knowledge of Asian languages, so I really have no way to access those sources. If you'd like to help feel free to post on Talk:Danmono or my talk page. Thanks! Thanks for the vote of confidence. Things are a little hectic at work so I don't have the time to dedicate to an Rfa at the moment. But when I do, I will let you know! Thanks again. – ukexpat ( talk) 02:51, 31 July 2010 (UTC)

Hi Kayau, thanks for your welcome and the welcome pack !
Ummmm, it may take me some time to read through the all the wonderful educational articles you have burdened me down with kindly given me the long list of links to. It makes me think of my first days at university, staggering home under a foot high pile of textbooks.
