A tag has been placed on Slee, richard thilthorpe requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

Hello, I have just reviewed and popped a notability tag on your article. The only use of the name these days is for Tim's stud (which would not pass notability)- there is no longer a Narcoota or a creek officially so named, so difficult to give cats and the article will get lost or put up for deletion. Narcoota as you have written about is part of the official locality of Eudunda so I would be inclined to move the content there as a section and leave Narcoota as a Redirect. Quite well done and completely legitimate and notable content, though- if you are having any probs with the pic. please ask. I also moved your article on Henry Inman; fairly trivial; the use of caps. is one of those things you either know about or don't, like numerous Wiki conventions!! Regards ( Crusoe8181 ( talk) 10:09, 9 June 2010 (UTC)).
Done, pic just needed JPG in caps; Narcoota Creek doesnt exist officially- appears it is an Unnamed Creek rather than having another name so if your refs call it that then it is fine. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited John Hill (explorer), you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Outcast and Thomas Gilbert ( check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hello, Kaarenmax19. Thank you for starting the wikipage on John Hill (explorer). I've nominated this new article by you for use on the DYK? section on MainPage. You can see the nomination here. You may want to monitor this page for reviewers' comments, esp. if you are interested in having your article featured on MainPage. For now, please stick in more references and footnotes if you can. Thank you. Happy editing. Cheers! -- PFHLai ( talk) 04:35, 24 November 2013 (UTC)
![]() | On 1 December 2013, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article John Hill (explorer), which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that Mount Hill and Hill River in South Australia were both named after John Hill? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/John Hill (explorer). You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page ( here's how, quick check) and it will be added to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |

Hi there, good work on the William Spence Peter. Your edits would be even more valuable if you added URLs to the newspaper sources that you quote. If you don't know how to format them, don't worry, but just drop them in; somebody else can tidy up the formatting (I'd be happy to). Keep up the good work. Schwede 66 17:34, 2 April 2014 (UTC)

Hi Kaarenmax19, I've just noticed that you've made an edit to Fort Largs Police Academy, and that many of your other edits are to other South Australian topics.
In case you're based in Adelaide and may not already aware of it, a group of Adelaide Wikipedians has been meeting on a monthly basis since April, with the aim of improving the scope and quality of articles on South Australian topics. We generally meet at UniSA's City West campus; however our 23 October meeting will be at the SA Maritime Museum in Port Adelaide.
Sorry about the short notice for this meeting, but there is also a list of Wikipedia:Meetup/Adelaide/Future meetings, if you're interested. Cheers, Bahudhara ( talk) 13:45, 21 October 2014 (UTC)

Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
