"LAC Airways" LAC Airways is an independant airline founded in September 2008. The Company flys the Tupolev Tu-204-100 aircraft from Ireland and England to across Russia and Belurus. The company is run by Laura Coffey who is a gradute from Cambridge College of Aeronautics. The airline started off with a single Airbus A318-112 leased from the ILFC. On the 7th of November LAC Airways had put an order for 10 Tupolev Tu 204-100. The previous Orders had all been Pulled out of. The Aircraft can fly 210 passengers in one class configuration (Economy 29 Inch). LAC Airways Holds A United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority Type A Operating Licence permitting it to carry passengers, cargo and mail on aircraft with 20 or more seats

Balloonman's analysis

This article was tagged for AFD then nominated G3-Vandalism as a possible hoax. While the airline gets no ghits, that does not mean it is a hoax. Even if it were a hoax, being a hoax is not vandalism or a criteria for speedy, and this article would do no harm going through the prod/afd process. The article had been at AFD for only 2 hours before being deleted A7. It does clearly meet the criteria for A7. The order for 10 passenger jets indicates that this is not a small mom and pop organization, but doesn't IMO establish it as significant/important.
