As I read them I'm collecting articles on WP editing here as a reference sheet. Usually what happens is I remember something about an article but not the exact article. This page helps me track down the article while also organizing them.
These articles are not as organized as policy and guidelines. For example, there do not seem to be any categories related to them and it's not clear where they fall in the scheme of things.

{{Notability}} Hatting template for notability to be applied per WP:BEFORE. Use with |date={{subst:CURRENTDAY}} {{subst:CURRENTMONTHNAME}} {{subst:CURRENTYEAR}}
If you have something in mind that can establish that someone or something is notable then simply state the evidence on the AfD page. Most wikipedians want to keep the articles, but only if the subject is notable per
WP:N. For example How To Be Bad being optioned is a good in that it's at least something though is not the sort of thing that will slam-dunk an article into the "keep" category. You may be interested in

Wikipedia:Arguments to avoid in deletion discussions.
Also, even if an article is deleted all is not lost. If you later run across solid evidence of notability then post the evidence on your user page so that the admins can see it and and ask that the article be undeleted citing the new evidence. See
Wikipedia:Viewing and restoring deleted pages and
Wikipedia:Undeletion policy. Note that you don't need to first post that solid evidence of notability but it will increase the odds greatly plus it means you'll have the material already set up to instantly drop into the restored article. Good luck.
Comment: I'm concerned that
WP:BEFORE was not followed. The editor who created this page needs to be made aware of
WP:BURDEN and
WP:PEOPLE. It's a new editor, no need to
WP:BITE him or her. Nominating editor, I would strongly encourage you to immediately withdraw the AfD and to give the editor creating this article a couple of weeks to say something. If he or she ignores you then
WP:PROD.

Tags for giving visual hints to readers of talk page items, making it easier to spot open, stalled, or resolved issues. It is hoped that the tags will encourage resolution of items on a talk page.
After a brief spate of irritation about images for some of the pages I have an interest in being deleted or proposed for deletion I started to appreciate the process as I realized that many of these images and supporting text were unsourced/uncited resulting in a quiet "revision of history through good intentions" in that someone adds text/images to Wikipedia which later gets copied to other sites and then cited. That said - here are some links collected as I develop an interest in the process.
The deletion log's deletion reason said that it didn't have a fair use rationale. The deletion log can be difficult to find; it's a little easier for admins.
Special:Log/delete is the special page where all deletion entries can be found.
This is the entry you're looking for. In the undeletion log (only available to admins), it shows that
User:Lee M uploaded the image on Dec. 31, 2004. I hope that clarifies the situation. Cheers. --

{{inuse}} Tags that a section or page is being actively edited. Used to avoid edit conflicts.
The following do not work inside <nowiki>:

# Ordered lists.
Html <i>italics</i> or <b>bold</b>.
Wikitext ''italics'' or '''bold'''.
Line break with <br>.
The only thing that seems to work are &code; characters.
Some versions of

Some versions of MediaWiki do not support

Irrationales
The entire Wikipedia rationale thing seems rather bogus with random robots nit picking away and people essentially creating boilerplate rationales to satisfy the robots as the actual instructions about what to do are so crappy. I've spent hours trying to understand the mumbo jumbo and as I upload images so rarely it's deja vue all over again which I try to figure out a rational rationale.
