Dincher, I have noticed that the Girardville page is always being reverted back. Why not allow someone to add information about Girardville??? It is known through the coal region for it's restraunts. There is more to Girardville then Black Jack Kehoe and the Molly Maguires!! Thanks...MM3573 —Preceding unsigned comment added by Madman3573 ( talk • contribs) 04:04, 14 October 2008 (UTC)

Hi Dincher, I was wondering if, given your knowledge and experience in geography articles, you could give me some suggestions about the Great Swamp (New York) that I'm working on in my sandbox. Maybe you know of some good resources? Thanks in advance, – Juliancolton Tropical Cyclone 23:26, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
I looked up Dismal Swamp State Park on USGS GNIS here and they have the coordiantes of the park as 363046N 0762459W ( here]. Do you still want me to look up the visitor's center?

If there is a notable reference in fiction then I have seen it listed in the article for a town - Scranton has a section on The Office (US TV series), which is set there. I think the problem with adding Jethro to the article on Stillwater is a lack of a reference. Until there is a ref, keep it out. If there is a ref, add it briefly. Ruhrfisch ><>°° 01:16, 16 October 2008 (UTC)

I added three images to the S. B. Elliott State Park article and have a total of 14 images for it on Commons. Feel free to swap out images if you like others better. For your vote at Roman Catholic Church. I am sorry to inform you that we failed FAC but will again be at peer review in a few weeks to sort things out. Hopefully we will make it through next time. We will be contacting all supporters and opposers of the article when we open the next peer review to hopefully get all issues addressed and hashed out before the next FAC try. I agree that a scanning error in Meginness seems likely. Duboistown (1878) and South Williamsport (1896) were both boroughs by the 1890 census. I can go to a library that has a print copy of Meginness and look up the chapter in question if you want - might take me a few days. Ruhrfisch ><>°° 02:29, 16 November 2008 (UTC)

I removed it because it was his nfl.com stat page, which is already located in the infobox. Secondly, I removed it to make his birth and death dates how they are suppose to be (without places), which i thought was one of the reasons for the reference. If you believe that I am wrong, please dont revert, but just readd that particular part of the article while keeping the rest of my edits the same. You could also just add external links if you think there is a need for it. Jwalte04 ( talk) 23:42, 18 November 2008 (UTC)

I saw your question on Commons and replied there, but I am also a little confused. I changed all of the maps except for the one that showed East Fork itself. However, when I looked at the county map here, I still saw the old version. When I clicked on the map itself, I saw the new version (without East Fork). It is a bypass your cache issue (our computers store old images and reuse them, bypassing the cache forces the computer to get the image fresh) See WP:BYC Ruhrfisch ><>°° 01:15, 11 December 2008 (UTC)

Nice job on the article. How about DYK ... that Van Buren State Park in Ohio has family, large group, and equestrian camping areas, the latter with manure bins and picket lines? That seems like one of the most unique things about the park from the article. I also know that the Van Buren High School football stadium is next to the park and if you are camping there on a Friday night in the fall, you can walk over and get a hot dog. ;-) Ruhrfisch ><>°° 23:54, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
