This page is only semi-protected, but can someone with experience in templates edit this page for me to add options for inclusion of the following WikiProjects in this template?
I am requesting this so {{
WPNYC|art=yes|transportation=yes}}
will work. It was originally requested by an IP user at
Wikipedia talk:NYC#Subproject flagging.

Please alter the template to match the current sandbox version with output visible on the testcases page, the net diff is this. This change is a somewhat belated effort to clean-up following the changeover of WikiProject New York Theatre to a taskforce, see this discussion for details. The taskforce order is alphabetical in the template for organizational convenience; the image for the new taskforce was taken from the existing Template:WikiProject New York Theatre. The necessary assessment categories can be created once this is done as they've not been previously set up, I have no complaint if the answerer of this request or anyone else does that to speed things along as I don't really mind who gets the credit for them. Please feel free to leave any questions that you have; it may be a few days before I can respond to them depending on what's going on, however this is decidedly nonurgent, thanks for the help.

Based on this discussion I'm assessing a silent consensus after a month to merge WikiProject Chinese in New York City (only) in as a taskforce. As with the above request the sandbox version is set up and ready to go with output visible on the testcases page, and this is the net diff. If you have any questions I'll try to get back to you when I'm next available. Given the unpredictability of my schedule I'd appreciate if you could get the doc done for me if this goes straight through but if not I'll get around to it sooner or later, thanks.

Over at Template:WikiProject_Aviation, they have a great little system of structured B-class verification for articles within their Project. The template itself contains parameters to display an itemized list of criteria with "yes" or "no" responses to each:
<!-- B-Class checklist -->
| b1 <!--Referencing & citations--> = <yes/no>
| b2 <!--Coverage & accuracy --> = <yes/no>
| b3 <!--Structure --> = <yes/no>
| b4 <!--Grammar & style --> = <yes/no>
| b5 <!--Supporting materials --> = <yes/no>
Would anybody be able to add this checklist to our project's template? We have a large backlog of articles needing assessment, as well as articles which are currently under-assessed and this could help start the ball rolling on improving many of them. Headphase ( talk) 20:41, 1 December 2021 (UTC)

Template:WikiProject New York City/sandbox, that way they may be properly compared, evaluated and tested. --

Description of suggested change: Sync template with sandbox to include WP:NYHOUSING, newly created taskforce under WikiProjects NY and NYC TheTranarchist ⚧ Ⓐ ( talk) 23:36, 21 July 2023 (UTC)
TF_4_LINK = Wikipedia:WikiProject New York City/Housing and Tenant Rights Task Force
as this parameter almost always uses the full page name, not shortcuts. Further, |TF_4_NESTED = Housing
should be added to avoid an unwieldly long name when the banner is placed inside {{
WPBS}}. Thanks! —
