Italicization
Should the result of this template italicize Index Fungorum? I'm not a specialist in this field, but looking at the first two pages of Google Scholar results, it appears the name is usually italicized:

Wikipedia article's title is also italicized. I move that that "Index Fungorum" be italicized in the template's output. (I'd do it myself, but I don't have the authorization.) —
