Duplicate section names

Influx of new editors
We've just gotten a sudden influx of edits by new editors, much of which is either incoherent or plagiarized. Has a teacher assigned a class to edit this page? Please read some of Wikipedia's guidelines and policies, starting with WP:RS and WP:COPYVIO. You should also know Wikipedia's three main policies: WP:NPOV, WP:V, and WP:NOR. Note that while cracked.com sometimes has good information, it is a humor site, not a reliable source; they even say so here in section 8.1. This edit plagiarizes from a student essay that itself appears to come from a web site to help students plagiarize. These are not acceptable sources. Writing an encyclopedia is not an easy task. You have to find high-quality sources, read them, sort out the main facts, and then organize those facts and write them up coherently and intelligibly. If you really want to help write an encyclopedia, you're certainly welcome, and the Negotiation page could sure use some work, but please take the research and writing seriously and find out what's involved. — Ben Kovitz ( talk) 04:09, 22 August 2016 (UTC)
