It is a large list but you STILL managed to miss some fictional islands. You don't seem to have gone into islands from games. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.12.89.217 ( talk) 22:00, 7 March 2008 (UTC) reply

They also missed a bunch of island nations mentioned in the List of fictional countries... sherpajack (sorry didn't bother to log in) 213.57.227.156 ( talk) 07:36, 15 December 2013 (UTC) reply

This list is rediculously long and could have been split into media type, then further split into sub-articles ( list of fictional islands in literature for example, and THEN split by alphabet.. having them all in one huge list is not very helpful for people who may be searching for a specific island. The only person who may find this list of use may be one who reads about random fictional islands for fun... still wikipedia should strive to provide useful information (aside from just random lists) which is why I prefer the format. A.10 Should be "Alola: the archipelago where the video games Pokémon Sun and Moon and Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon are set, consisting of Melemele Island, Akala Island, Ula'ula Island, Poni Island and the artificial island Aether Paradise" instead of "Alola: the island where the video games Pokémon Sun and Moon and Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon are set" CappeSun ( talk) 23:54, 5 December 2023 (UTC) reply

Maybe you could add the "ORB Archipelago" from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED (the "Cosmic Era" timeline) of Sunrise Inc's Gundam franchise? ...Specifically "Yalafath" (the main island), "Onogoro" (where ORB's military is based), and "Kaguya" (where their spaceport is located).

Use this link for better reference: [1] (In each individual page, you can also find the Episode number in which these islands debuted)

What motivated me to make this request? I noticed the addition of "Horai Island" from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (a series also done by Sunrise); so I figured I might as well suggest this change; islands that formed in the fictional history of Earth in Gundam SEED series, in which the global calendar changed to "Cosmic Era".
