Personal blogs touting a view are not acceptable. -- Mattisse 02:11, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
The image on the page does not demonstrate the emotion of Anticipation in any way. The same image could be used on a page about "Sadness" with the caption, "A boy feels sad as his father departs on a military ship". In fact, I don't even know if Anticipation can be represented through an image at all. Regardless, per the guidelines on WP:Images regarding an image's relevance to the article, I'm deleting the image from this page. 192.83.228.119 ( talk) 21:56, 12 February 2010 (UTC)
Hello, I wanted to register my confusion about the image currently in the article. It is not clear to me what this is, or what is represents. Perhaps the creator of the image could put in some more words of explanation, or maybe a clearer picture (or alternatively, perhaps a picture is not necessary). Thanks, John — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.198.165.58 ( talk) 17:23, 12 April 2012 (UTC)
I copied the rest of the image description into this article. @ Nevit: Could you please help us understand your picture? Is this a ball rolling down a hill? Is the obstacle a pinball flipper? Thanks! GoingBatty ( talk) 13:43, 17 January 2016 (UTC)
"Anticipation (emotion)" "Anticipation, or being enthusiastic, is not an emotion" This does not make sense. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.237.139.93 ( talk) 21:04, 13 July 2012 (UTC)

– I believe that the emotion of anticipation is the clear primary topic of the term, anticipation. Everything else pales by comparison. bd2412 T 14:31, 24 December 2013 (UTC)
