Is this a heavily visited entry? If not, I believe that 'weber' should go directly to 'Max Weber', with a redirect to this entry. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.72.148.102 ( talk • contribs) 14:25, 30 May 2006
Which Max Weber ? There are three listed in the article. Personally I would say that Carl Maria was the logical default. In view of the disagreement I suggest leaving it as it is. Chris Weber 82.13.143.58 22:45, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
I'd like to add myself to this list. My historical contributions have been small so far, but I'm running a blog
AlxWbr--Alex Weber. Is this okay?

On 24 February 2024, it was proposed that this article be moved from Weber to Weber (surname). The result of the discussion was moved. |
Even while adding Amy Weber to the list, I noticed how long it is. There ought to be some limiting criteria (such as notability?) for inclusion here, but I don't have the time or motivation to cull these single-handedly.
I also left the entry for Ted Weber there, although Weber brand audio equipment in the list of companies should be sufficient. (I'm not questioning notability, but both were added by the same IP address about a month apart) — JamesEG ( talk) 16:20, 5 September 2008 (UTC)
According to https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Pageviews_Analysis (specifically here), the page Weber (unit) is much more popular than this page. Should we, therefore, rename this page so that a person searching for "Weber" will be redirected to either the disambiguation page or the page for the unit?-- AlphaMikeOmega ( talk) 06:33, 25 May 2018 (UTC)

Weber → Weber (surname) – According to pageviews, the page Weber (unit) is far more frequently visited than Weber (surname). I would like to move Weber to Weber (surname) and Weber (unit) to Weber. 『π』 BalaM314 〘talk〙 17:10, 24 February 2024 (UTC)
weberon Google Scholar. Dab page should spotlight Max Weber and Weber (unit) as common uses at the top. Hameltion ( talk | contribs) 18:57, 24 February 2024 (UTC)
