Note how almost all of the English language sources currently in the article refer to it as the "Great Vietnamese famine" often referencing World War II. I am not sure if the name is a good name as it only spells out 1945 but the famine already started in 1944. -- Donald Trung ( talk) 20:32, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
What was the original research tag about (and has it been fixed)? I don't see anything about it on this talk page. Thefficacy ( talk) 06:46, 7 April 2022 (UTC)
Crimes against humanity is a specific legal concept. In order to be included in the category, the event (s) must have been prosecuted as a crime against humanity, or at a bare minimum be described as such by most reliable sources. Most of the articles that were formerly in this category did not mention crimes against humanity at all, and the inclusion of the category was purely original research.
