I was surprised I wasn't able to find the film online. It was a government production paod for by a state agency with taxpayer funds. Shouldn't it be made available?

This is complex. I think The Message from Mississippi was a broader campaign, of which the film was a part. Going to see if I can dig a little more into those archival records to see what, if anything, they can clarify before I feel comfortable accepting. No issue if someone else decides to in the interim. I just feel we need more context StarMississippi02:07, 6 April 2022 (UTC)reply
Do you think that should be (film), or leave it as-is and move to de-disambiguate if/when broader campaign is created as a page? Totally agree on notability, I'm just trying to figure out subject precision StarMississippi20:29, 18 April 2022 (UTC)reply
User:Star Mississippi I would leave the titling as is. The context you mention cam be added and if it develops sufficiently can then be split off and naming updated if necessary. That said, I didn't see sourcing that a campaign by this name was a big deal but I am often wrong.. To me rhe broader cintext isnthe commission itself which as we've discussed is inadequately covered (excluding discussion of its leadership for example).
