Hi,

They didn't have time to bury the bottle as they were interrupted by Dong-hwan who came to get them because Seok-hwan is engaged in a disadvantageous fight. Tae-su get the bottle from Wang-jae's home (because it seems it was never buried but kept) and bring it to a meeting with Pil-ho. In the end flashback, “they talk about coming back for the snake tonic when they become rich men” can't be true because they got the bottle with them:

Seok-hwan: “Whole days gone and we got nothing to show for it.”
Wang-jae: “Whatcha mean? We got this bottle to show for it.”
