Does anyone know who the 'notable student' Thomas Preston is? A search for 'Thomas Preston karate' brought me no useful results, and I have never heard of him unlike the others of Asai's listed followers, who are all very well known for continuing Asai's legacy.
I found this guy of the same name, but it states he practiced shotokan in Nagoya not Tokyo, under a Mabuchi Sensei, and he seems much better known as a swordsman than a karateka: http://kendomuenchen.de/thomas-preston-biographie-profil-lehrer/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Enreh ( talk • contribs) 06:46, 29 May 2019 (UTC)
