I find these sentences confusing:

According to the Gyuha chongse, the ratio between milk and muri which refers to deposits after soaked rice is grounded with a millstone and filtered with a sieve[6], is 1:0.8. The ratio of the ingredients could be adjustable but the amount of milk should not exceed that of muri.[1]

in the example there is more milk than muri, but

the next sentence says there is more muri than milk.

Nakso

Nakso or naksu made from tarak seems to be "cheese" rather than "ghee", according to the " nakso" entry in the Standard Korean Language Dictionary, which defines the word as a synonym of " casein". -- Comedorinha ( talk) 08:02, 31 July 2017 (UTC) reply
