Support There is a full overlap of the areas of the geographical concept and the administrative unit. While administrative units are potentially more volatile than geographical concepts (both are man-made though, which is often overlooked for the latter), I don't see that
Talaud Islands Regency will become subject to another administrative any time in the near future. Theoretically, one could neatly divide geographical and administrative topics about the area over the two articles, but some topics belong to both aspects (o.g. population, economy), so it makes little sense to fork all this in two articles. (@
Nyanardsan: talking about forks, have you already seen
Indonesian Archipelago?) –
