Thank you - that the issue with a lot of Japanese Small Ship "No. classes" They have both Auxiliary and standard types. Would you know if the Sokuten 38 was classified as an Auxiliary? I need this for some other research I am doing.
I note you do a lot of work on ships - I am new here and have been asking around if there is standard ship template available - I am particualry interested in Chinese ships to 1949 and have several reference materials, more on way.
You can make a practice article using draft space. At the top of the webpage there is a link to "sandbox". As for templates,
WP:SHIPS - click on that link and it will take you to the project page. On the right hand side there is a box and one of the options says "infoboxes". Click on that and it will take you to the page with different templates for different ships; single civilian ship, single military ship, military ship class or civilian ship class. Hope that helps and good luck!
