Why this page shouldn't be deleted: Snug Harbor is a popular jazz venue in New Orleans. It regularly features big-name jazz acts; it's a local favorite; it draws oodles of tourists nightly. A Google search for "snug harbor new orleans" ( http://www.google.com/search?q=snug+harbor+new+orleans) turns up a number of news media stories and live albums that have been recorded at the venue.
Another point: I created the page for Snug Harbor after encountering this Wikipedia page, List of jazz clubs. Snug Harbor is as well-known and respected as many of them. If this page should be deleted, so should a fair number of others.

Man, it's almost like there really is a national bias against Nawlins. Y'all just wanna wipe us right off the map!
Seriously, though, this is one of the best-known clubs in the city, and it's kind of ridiculous that there's any debate over its inclusion. Just note the two regulars listed - Charmaine Neville and Ellis Marsalis. Speedy deletion wouldn't even come to mind unless you don't know anything about jazz.—Preceding unsigned comment added by LoudNotes ( talk • contribs)

I took an article about a jazz club named snug harbor, opened a ndw page entitled : Snug harbor (New Orleans) and lifted the contents entire to the new page. I did this in order to use the page entitled Snug Harbor to create a page on a major national historical landmark, notable piece of architecutre, and well-known contemporary botanical garden and museum, that has been called Snug Harbor for 200 hundred years, but that did nto have a Wikipedia page. The simple title SnugHarbor really belongs to this major institution, not to the - undoubtedly significant - jazz club. Now the new page on the jazz club [[Snug Harbor (New Orleans) has disappeared. Can someone please help me resurrect it? Elan26 ( talk) 22:45, 13 July 2008 (UTC)Elan26
