Last free standing house in Manhattan
There are several free-standing houses in Manhattan in Sugar Hill, and several more in Inwood. Gracie Mansion, Dyckman Farm, Hamilton Grange and other historical buildings could also be included, although no longer serving as residences. — Preceding

Yes, there is at least one other privately owned detached single-family home in Manhattan besides the Schinasi Mansion (
539 West 217th Street in Inwood). Therefore, I updated the sentence in the "Form and use" section to say the Schinasi Mansion is "one of the only" such houses, instead of the only such house.
