I've seen z used to replace s in Russian -> Ruzzian in reference to the Z symbol often painted on Russian vehicles. Dominic 41 ( talk) 17:56, 11 June 2024 (UTC)
this is generally in informal internet speak. It looks like it was originally an actual misspelling by 1 person that took off like wildfire.
