We really need more sourcing and text on this Louisiana governor. What did he do as governor?

I have expanded the article a little drawing on the Louisiana Secretary of State bio of Kennon. military history fandom has this
[1] bio of Kennon with lots of sources, if someone is interested I am sure they can greatly expand the article digging into those sources.

Robert F. Kennon sourcing revisted
Robert F. Kennon was governor of Louisiana for 4 years. Our article somehow says nothing about him doing anything as governor in Louisiana. What policies were advanced during his administration? Was he really only a justice before that? There is so much more I am sure could be said.

I think the article was previously much longer (the
military fandom appears to have a copy of it), but it was deleted because of copyvio issues or something.

Hmm, very odd. I have made it a little longer. I think we need more variety of sources. I am sure there are lots of different sources. I will try and find a few more.

there is this Obituary from the New York Times.
[2]. I am sure most Louisian Papers will have his obitary. There should also be articles from his 1948, 1952 and I think 1963 runs for governor. The last one he was elimanted in the first primary, so there might not be as much sourcing.

Here is a Ph.D. disertation on Kennon's time as governor.

The above was copied from my talk page. I have added information from I believe 3 or 4 sources. The dissertation could be a start. I am not sure if such count as secondary sources.
