Is there a reason why this article should be called Riku'u West Line rather than Rikuu West Line? I'm no Japanese language scholar, but I don't see the purpose of the apostrophe here, and I can't see anything in the MOS that recommends this style. -- DAJF ( talk) 06:07, 16 September 2009 (UTC) reply
