Is this also a traditional Azerbaijani dish? What is the transliteration of the Azerbaijani script?

As I noted at the edit summary; In Iraqi cuisine, it is called "Shorbat Rumman". The dish is shared in the Middle East and the English name is more known., the dish is more known with the "English name" according to
Google book hits and the two countries share the same recipe. So I moved it.--
