No it wasn't. If there's a "real cannabis strain called Pineapple Express" then someone made it up in honor of the film. Promontoriumispromontorium ( talk) 12:49, 9 February 2014 (UTC)
Is this true? The wiki article is the only place that says that there's a deleted scene featuring Justin Long. Imdb etc are all clueless. Any answers? - Ishaandirnt *want to be* KING FOR A DAY! 18:13, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
Should there perhaps be a discussion about Seth Rogan's possible marijuana use at the MTVMA's?
It was essentially a publicity stunt for this movie.
Perhaps it should be added after the movie comes out. -- Seanpatnaude ( talk) 03:02, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
I think "generally positive reviews" is inaccurate. In the UK (for example) most reviews of this film are either neutral or negative. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.131.58.146 ( talk) 10:13, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
Mostly unimportant, but can anyone get a picture of the promotional poster that doesn't have a watermark across the center of it? 66.153.240.102 ( talk) 04:34, 4 August 2008 (UTC)
Um... there is no mention of Angie's family or the scene at her house... Perhaps that should be put in? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.42.145.8 ( talk) 19:05, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
I'm not too familiar with movie pages on Wikipedia, but do they usually summarize the entire movie INCLUDING the ending? 69.47.185.158 ( talk) 06:07, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
I noticed that in about the third paragraph of the plot summary it states that Dale and Saul had another disagreement when Dale says he's not Saul's friend just his drug dealer. Isn't Saul the drug dealer? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Purple Lily ( talk • contribs) 16:13, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
Doesn't Red's constant revival of near death somewhat sorta kinda resemble the most known feature of the South Park character —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.93.213.105 ( talk) 02:53, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
I really don't think all that rating info belongs in the introductory paragraph. I'm not really certain what should go there, but that's not it. - GeiwTeol 22:18, 20 October 2008 (UTC)

In the version I watched, it isn't Saul's grandmother that picks them up after breakfast, but Danny's girlfriend. Do I misremember or is this an error? Durwoodie ( talk) 18:57, 9 October 2009 (UTC)
I just watched the movie and it is the grandmother. The girlfriend wouldn't make much sense considering their memorable breakup scene. 75.152.191.70 ( talk) 04:28, 29 December 2011 (UTC)

I noticed in the edited version of the movie, "Casserole" is used in place of "Asshole" in both the dialogue and the accompanying captions. It was very amusing and this doesn't seem standard. Does anyone know if it's unique to the film? tharsaile ( talk) 19:08, 12 May 2014 (UTC)
