Whoever translated South Hwanghae Province, Ongjin county, North Korea into this "Hwang Hae Nam Do, Ong Jin Goon" needs to have their head examined. It's tiresome to have someone who knows nothing about Korea repeatedly translate things the wrong way!— Preceding

The spelling of the subjects birthplace is taken directly from the associated source included in the article. Wikipedia reports what can be
verified by
reliable sources, it does not add or change information based on
one individual's personal knowledge. If you can find a source specifically linking Phillip Buck and his birthplace with the translation you keep adding then please include it. Simply restoring your preferred version which contradicts the sources in the article will result in your edits being reverted.--
