I couldn't find anything about him being still at Stirling (the uni has some refers to him being there in 2000s). Ditto I can't find any indication that the Centre for Research in Polish History still exists. Did he retire or change jobs?--Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus|

I don't see him on their
staff list. When I
search their website - there are five results, the last being in 2008 (however this one, and two other ones from 2007 are citations in book reviews - unclear they are connected). The last item clearly showing he is still there is from
2004.
