Why is "Ambulance chaser" redirected here?

In some juridictions, the expression 'personal injuries' seems to have been held to include damage to a person's reputation. See this link: [1] (I am not familiar with the source). Someone has mentioned this at the start of the page 'injury'. James500 ( talk) 17:42, 12 December 2008 (UTC) reply
