Why isn't her name listed as "Olivia Wilde". She legally changed her name from her former surname to "Wilde" and others with similar situations have had their pages updated.

Most of the mentions in the article do use "Wilde" but if you mean the first sentence, which could be altered to "Olivia Wilde, born Olivia J Cockburn", it's probably because of the lack of a citation that the name was legally changed. If someone has such a citation, that change would be reasonable.
