If someone knows or can find the other data for the info box, that would be good. I cannot seem to find the name of the property manager or holding company, although I haven't tried that hard-- Mikerussell 17:38, 18 March 2007 (UTC)d.
Borders and Steve & Barry's are anchors. Please don't remove them. -- User:TenPoundHammer
There is no reason to call Borders or Steve & Barry anchor stores. They in fact are very close to the real anchor tenants, S&B is just outside JC Penny, Borders is right next to Macy's, and have 1 floor each with limited retail space- Borders is accessible from the parking lot with its own door, but it cannot be termed an anchor store since restaurants often have outside doors. Plus a mall with S&B and Borders could not attract other tenants alone. These chains might be called "Featured" stores, but not anchors by the common retail commercial property definition. MC Sports was a large sports store but not an anchor store either, it was again right close to Hudson's and had one floor, was it even a chain?. Harmony House was just a record store with many locations through Detroit, including some in plazas, not even malls (John R. and 696 in Hazel Park used to have a HH in strip plaza as I recall before they all went belly-up)-- Mikerussell 04:27, 22 April 2007 (UTC)
