Conversion date of Notoro
The Date of the completion of the Conversion of Notoro into a seaplane tender is 1934 in this article. Depending on Donald A. Jordan: Chinas Trial by Fire. p. 46 it was used in in the bombing of Shanghai in late january and early february 1932. Can anyone check the sources used for this article? --
