FYI: S.916, introduced by Sen. Larry E. Craig, proposes to expand the boundaries of the Nat'l Monument and rename it Minidoka National Historic Site. I sent up a redirect for now.— Eoghanacht talk 17:56, 7 May 2007 (UTC)
The new name has been approved by Congress in July 2008. It is now Minidoka National Historic Site. Please adjust this article. -- h-stt !? 14:58, 13 October 2008 (UTC)
Whatever you call it, "relocation", "evacuation", "internment" center, it is what it is, a concentration camp. And it was not an "evacuation" or "relocation", it was an ethnic cleansing. Which is a crime against humanity.
I don't know when or if US population and government recognizes that it was not a "relocation" but a crime. But the public should be more scrupulous.
Besides, wikipedia is not controlled by US congress, right? Or is it now?
