In episode 13, Jung Seo-hyun comes out when she tells her husband, point-blank, that she's lesbian. She reveals her feelings to Mother Emma; Ji-yong tries to intimidate her with his knowing about it; Hi-soo is told and then subtly lets Seo-hyun know that she knows and will protect her; the word "lesbian" is stated more than once regarding her; she's with Suzy Choi in several scenes, and in the end she determines to see Suzy again and tells her she misses her. In the main article, the description for Suzy says "Jung Seo-hyun's first love".
Several interviews with Kim Seo-hyung have covered the sexual orientation and I've read reviews where it's acknowledged; some examples:
Kim Seo Hyung Opens Up About Playing a Lesbian Role in ‘Mine’,
Kim Seo Hyung Reveals She Chose "Mine" for the K-Drama's LGBT Love Story,
2 lesbian couples become the hottest topic on the Korean small screen,
Mine: family, wealth, and murder from Korea. Therefore, I added the LGBT-related and lesbian-related categories to the article, and banner to the talk page.
