Solomonov created and promotes a style of hummus which he calls "Israeli style hummus". He has received multiple mentions in the Philadelphia, New York, and national food media for this dish. We normally don't have articles on WP about individual chefs' versions of dishes, but in this case, it seems worth mentioning on Solomonov's page. -- Macrakis ( talk) 19:32, 19 September 2020 (UTC)
I removed the following from the "Career" section, because although it's sourced, it seems to be undue weight compared to the rest of the article. If the information about his personal life is significantly expanded in the future, it could be re-added:
